Im not sure if this is a bug or not, but i finished season 3 Diamond 5 for dps, however when I logged on for season 4 I only got plat rewards. I didnt de-rank before the launch of sesaon 4. If anyone can tell me why i got plat rewards that would be great.

The Devs have acknowledged this bug: Overwatch 2 Known Issues - April 11, 2023. However, we still need to keep spreading the word about this bug so that they actually fix it unlike the bugged career profiles and missing end-of-season rewards from other previous seasons like Season 36. i actually just logged on today, and i got my rewards, including the 1000 comp points and the role title, so i guess they really are working on fixing the issue.
