I had a vod of the duo throwing.
I had evidence via Omnicmeta of 170 games in 30 days where they had top 1% stats but only 30% win rate.
Also repeating myself, surely 1 instance of throwing should be bannable?
This could mean you only had evidence about one game, but it strongly hints you have video evidence from 170 games within 30 days.

Ye, but you could just say you have video evidence for one game, instead saying it like that. Non the less it seems like you dont even have evidence for the rest of the 169 games because they went “poof”? And it seems you dont have even the evidence for the one game because you havent yet added me and sent me the link to the video.
Don’t feel bad for bronze players. I was one, but once I figured out how to get out of bronze, I was almost ashamed of how easy it was.
Open the launcher, click uninstall, then confirm.
Boom. Just like that, bronze and it’s absolutely worthless quality of gameplay is behind me.

Do they tend to put smurfs vs. other smurfs often? Like I wonder if smurfs see more smurfs in their games opposed to an actual new player who just bought the game for the first time.

I find it hilarious that these guys want to get to sub 800 SR. Why so they can face others just like them? Face it once you get to a certain SR it’s just people racing to bottom 500.
If you want to face other diamond plus players why not just stay there instead of trolling low elo?

Bronze to GM smurfs are a drop in the bucket. There are plenty of smurfs who just stay in Bronze, or cycle around Bronze and Silver in short climb/throw segments. Then there are pro boosters who will group with a boostee and climb to whatever is paid for which is prob. Gold or plat. (Getting to GM this way would be crazy, you’d be better off just buying an account.)
Most Bronze smurfs aren’t even capable of reaching GM, they are plat or diamond in their mains, occasionally Master. Some of the pro boosters might be GM, but more likely they are diamondish in skill and using cheats.
GM is actually a really small pool of players. There just aren’t enough of them to account for all the smurfing (which statistic some YouTubers use to argue that smurfing isn’t a real problem, instead of concluding that maybe other ranks also Smurf).
“Smurfs” climbing to GM generally go from unranked to GM, and never touch Bronze or Silver, and mostly place above Gold at least.

Mostly it is plat players.
For a while the icon on a player was the highest rank he was in the season.
So very many plats.
You could throw down to Bronze and help carry teams against smurfs or throwers

For real. Why throw? This is my worst season yet because of bad teammates and people throwing. Im stuck in bronze with no way out now 
Bronze accounts on eBay and stuff are $50. Gold and plat ones are like $15. Everyone wants to play in bronze.

I could put an account on there for $10,000 doesn’t mean people would buy it. However, if people are paying $50 per account in bronze…
My experience in bronze back in Season 10 was that it was a mix of decent people who just had absolutely no idea what they were doing wrong, new players who had no business play comp so soon (like myself), little kids who judged their worth more on their cool new Genji skin than their ability to play the game, the occasional smurf, and the single most toxic and hardstuck people I have ever met.
Glad I’m out. I see no appeal in staying down there, and I feel sorry for the good people down there who are trapped down there. The toxic people deserve to be in bronze.
An apt metaphor I have to describe bronze would be Dante’s Inferno: it is the hell in which bad players are cast down into to be tormented. Silver is purgatory, and there is no paradise but the one you make lol
