I don’t mind the others so much, but when your community manager is barely active how can they properly understand us?
Honestly, it wouldn’t surprise me if he had multiple accounts.

If you look in there, most of the Community Managers/Customer Service types tend to use forum names, whereas Devs typically use their real names, or some abbreviation of it, like mchu.
It wouldn’t surprise me if one of those generic sounding Customer Service accounts was Tom, and he used the TomPowers account for specific things.
But I could be completely wrong. I don’t work at Blizzard.
Geoff has no idea what he’s doing, if it hasn’t been made clear by this past month.
Balance team is too sheltered, trying to get through is impossible, feels like there’s an invisible wall.
Me and many others have done countless threads over and over again since day 1 of ptr sombra explaining her problems and time and time again they were ignored as the balance team did their own thing, which, surprise, changed absolutely nothing.
As much as I don’t like saying this, it’s clear, after 2 years and half of this same issue happening over and over again that we need either a big change on how balance is approached in this game or we need a change on the people that’s on the balance team.
Jeff is not directly responsible for this, he has some blame of course but he has to basically just make sure the game doesn’t explodes, this falls on Geoff and his team.
Of course they can’t read every single post, but this goes way beyond that.
Sombra changes in particular means that pros and known sombra players were completely ignored, PLUS tons of threads, posts, stats, etc.
Not the first time either, as this exact situation has repeated itself with sombra since release.
Can’t the TEAM BEING PAID TO BALANCE THE GAME and in this particular job, to balance a specific character, really not take a couple hours each to read a big number of posts and concerns about this same character?
And this doesn’t applies only to sombra, it applies to everyone else that gets these changes with seemingly no research or thought behind them what so ever coupled with extremely dubious release and reworks.
Can this kind of people be in charge of the game balance?
