Hi! I recently got to endorsement level 2 and i did not get a reward for it. Is this a bug or did the reward system got changed recently?
You don’t get the lootboxes when you reach a new endorsement level. Once a week (I’m not sure of the day of the week it happens on, sorry, I don’t pay that much attention) the game will reward you with loot boxes depending on what your level is at the moment.
The lootboxes also are rewarded based on what the level is with you getting 1 lootbox for each level over 1. So Level 1 gets zero, level 2 gets one, etc.
