okay so I just won my 5th competative game in silver 3 and I expect to get ranked up to silver 2 and for some reason I get ranked back down to silver 4 like wtf is this??

same thing happened to me just now was Gold 4 went to silver 3 after 5 wins

Same. Was Silver 2. Won my 5 games meaning I was meant to rank into Silver 1, but instead deranked to Bronze 1 despite good performance and few losing games. I’m seeing that this is happening repeatedly others, what a mess. There’s no point in grinding as a soloq support if you derank 4 tiers over and over again despite winning games.

Don’t try to understand, i ranked with bad losing games (stump) and deranked with good winning games (hard victory), there is no logic.
