I claimed loot box on twitch but unable to open it?

I claimed a loot box on twitch. The box appeared in the loot box tab as if I had 1 new loot box but after going through the loot box menu I was unable to see the loot box in any of the tabs ( regular, epic or legendary).

I figured it was because I claimed the loot box and I didn’t open or close the game it just simply appeared. I closed the game and opened it back up.

The loot box isn’t there anymore?

Is this a bug? Thank you for any possible help!

UPDATE: I ended up getting my lootbox after a short while. Must be a bug guys. Hope you will all get your lootboxes!

Same here, some are saying that it opens automatically if there’s a bug but for me that hasn’t happened. It’s been 72 hours since I claimed the loot box.
