Except this version of daredevil has felt Odin’s power before, so while not a God currently…
…we don’t care. we play overwatch
sorry that your favorite little superhero game isnt doing a good job or something, but, I think you are on the wrong forums
Same, man I wish we had Loki in here.
dont let akj hear what u just said
Enough edge for the Devil of Hell’s Kitchen.
Really? I thought they had to be moving. I guess he smells her fear.
Fam…
Play poke. They have stuns and escapes. They would counter melee without them too. I am not sure what to tell you.
Ha ha ha… What in the world?! I mean, I guess compared to Mahvel, sure. But overall? You sre trippin’, home slice.
If everyone was going to use your logic of “I’m not playing because they released a badly designed hero that makes the game less fun” then I
- would have left when mauga was released
- would have left when hazard was released
- would definitely have left when freja was released.
It’s a strange reason to leave a game when that hero won’t be in every single game you play (after the novelty wears off at least).
I like both games, but MR is so casual I don’t spend much time with it. It lacks too much polish in contrast to OW for me to do more than play a few matches in QP on any given day.
Yeah Rivals has fallen off so hard, guess its the hero shooter curse
I mean at this point, most people who play Rivals understand it’s far more focused on ‘fun’, whatever that definition means to them, instead of perfect competitive balance ![]()
I get as low as 90fps during intense battles in Rivals on my gaming rig. But in Overwatch, I can maintain 240fps majority of the time and I don’t think I’ve ever seen my FPS go lower than 200.
If I have to make an estimate, I’d say that I only get around 50% of frames in Marvel Rivals that I can get in Overwatch. So basically Marvel Rivals is twice as more demanding on my gaming rig compared to Overwatch…
It’s very badly optimized indeed.
I’ll preface this with the typical “take this with a grain of salt” warning. Before I left overwatch was GM on my competitive account. I have 2 accounts on rivals, 1 that is used for grouping with some friends , 1 that is used for solo only, these have been GM and Celestial respectively.
Imo the balance in rivals is way better than it has any right to be. The overwhelming majority of the cast is more than viable to climb yourself into the top single digit % of the games ranks.
There are only a couple of genuinely “lackluster” heroes.
The “meta” heroes unless you’re a meta slave aren’t requirements.
The average new release hero is way, WAY closer to balanced than a new hero in overwatch has ever been
The most “overpowered” hero in rivals ever, doesn’t come anywhere near how blatantly broken some heroes in overwatch have been.
Rivals isn’t perfect- if you dislike the belt design by all means I won’t knock someone’s opinion on that. But it’s been impressively “balanced” in regards to hero strength overall- IMO.
Wouldn’t frag punk be the game they are looking for?
He isn’t an ordinary man anymore than Spiderman is an ordinary man.
His senses aren’t just developed regular human senses - they’re super powered well beyond human levels.
You’re obviously not super familiar with dare devils “lore”
In game his senses are limited to 20-30 meters. Compared to comic versions of daredevil, this is in the lighter side of things.
Sure. and he does have that limitation.
The player is literally blind to other enemies outside of his radar sense.
Even if you have open LOS to an enemy, if they’re beyond his radar sense - the player literally can not see or detect them.
An iron man / storm / whoever flying 35 meters away? Completely invisible to the player.
A sniper / long range hit scan playing in the distance such as Hela or Hawkeye or Phoenix? They can be hiring daredevil - still completely invisible.
It’s a powerful ability, but it has limits, and has some major drawbacks.
those are not bad design in ow, it’s stats problem, it is corrected by adjusting stats numbers(damage, health…)
This limitation is still insufficient, because your comparison to Iron Man is meaningless, as the daredevil simply can’t physically fight him. That’s not his job. His job is to pressure supports, and his vision range through walls is more than enough. In this game, all melee characters are designed as support-killing characters. That’s why supports will suffer the most from such abilities.
I’m not sure, but it seems to me it’s definitely more than 30 meters. He sees as far as he needs to in his active range.
Welcome back to OW2 enjoy your stay

complaining about aoe damage is crazy when it’s triple support and their defensive ults ruining the game
Always tanks or supports ruining the game. DareDevil is trash outside of his ult, wish Winter Soldier had his ult id be unstoppable
Even his ultimate is pretty trash if you simply do not look at him. That is probably tank privilege speaking, but I ignore the lad when the devil is out.
he runs me down as Winter Soldier and i got no mobility lol
If your hearing was this good, you’d be overwhelmed by a mild conversation. It’d be like someone screaming directly into your ears.
Then imagine walking down a street with cars going by. It’d be pure agony.
I mean imo rivals isn’t a very good game and never has been, but why complain about it here?
Like I’m all for people playing and enjoying it I just personally don’t. I think there was really a forced comparison to overwatch that never should have existed really and it’s simple because they both have classes.
But yeah rivals has always been about chaotic slop and brawls which is fun for some but just not the same. Overwatch 2 is more about mini skirmishes that lead to a fight. It’s just a different loop entirely imo.
