Well, I just ask people what Tank should be at D.va’s power level.
And so far I haven’t gotten an answer back that wasn’t just a disguised attempt to nerf the Tank Role.
Like dude, the whole “I don’t want to nerf the Tank Role, but every top Tank should be nerfed in every patch”.
Same thing, with extra steps.
Mauga’s uptime is trash & Hog IS trash. Light work.
All it takes is one good buff and we’re back to that awful meta
She really didn’t need the buffs to begin with. Incredibly fun tank to play without them.
No nerfs will stop me. It’ll just weed out the fake Dva players, the meta slaves
I’d take Rein meta any day
All tanks are more or less the same, the issue is obviously counterwatch caused by the great 5v5.
Even this dva is nothing infront of zarya for most people.
I’d argue the problem is AntiNade, Hack, StormArrows and Widow.
And previously, Discord.
Also, how sad is it that you got people arguing that 5v5 is the cause of both “Too much switching” and “not enough switching”.
It’s intellectually dishonest.
Pick a side. People don’t get to pick both sides and still be honest.
i dont spam voicelines but i love using defense matrix agianst enemy ults if i planned it correctly like ive eaten hanzo ults
They are the most effective tools, though antinade very much less, but here is the thing the target is still the same.
If you remove all that, reaper bastion mei will be used, if you can them, I will stick pb with tracer and then melt them.
The point is all these tanks are built with gaps in the kit that was meant to be fulfilled by another tank, which itself wasn’t a good design imo, but more or less that’s what you got this is why these kits and tank don’t flow well on their own.
The closest you have got is junkerqueen but she is possibly the closest to dps tank.
So whatever you buff with solo tank they will get focussed and melted.
If nothing else people will start ulting tanks.
It’s never going to feel good with current solo tank rq.
Something i would like to see is some parry mechanic and dodge system on tanks.
Like rein should be able to do a hanzo dash, he has rocket armor.
Also be able to parry when timed correctly against projectiles and melee.
Them: Nerf them so their players can’t have any fun with them!
Me: Takes Mei into custom mode and pump her up to crazy levels and unlimited Ultimate and high HP and def and attack power! She’s Super Mei!
I wish they allowed tournament modes, like were you make super mei and I make super rein and we fight it out 
I mean at least the bullets will actually be able to leave our weapons 
To be completely fair, I say just cut out the subterfuge and state it outright, nerf the tank role.
Im sick and tired of one role being buffed a quarter of a million times until theyre effectively god, all because Blizzard cant figure out how to make the role tolerable.
Tanks are godlike right now, they demolish everything in their path, they still arent having fun or enjoying the game, their player counts still arent healthy, theyre just making this game an absolute chore for 8 people every match cause the name of the game is “dont get looked at funny by the enemy tank or youre dead”
Cant wait for 6v6 tests, so we can get tanks that can actually be 1v1-able again, and dont get to just run you down for free regardless of any actual skill requirements

Although, there is the “Convince the devs to add an extra mode, with 6v6 Open Queue, without GOATs”. So yeah.

I dont even need it to be the main game mode. I could care less what the pros play on. So long as its in the game and treated with the most minimum amount of respect possible, Illl be happy.
Dva should stay as she is. She doesnt need any nerfs. I mean, if you nerf Dva, then all the fake Dvas will leave so they be less Dvas around, and then what will the desperate and trash Zarya counter switchers do? They’ll be out of a job lmao.
