I am not getting placed into top 500?

I am currently 4438SR and have 51 games played, my sms protection is on. So I am just wondering why can’t I see my name in the top 500/50?.
Hope this will be fixed soon.

You have to have the games played while the sms protection is active. If you played them before adding it then it doesn’t count.

I’ve had it on for the last seasons, since I’ve been in top 500 before so that’s not the problem.

Have you tried to turn the game off and back on again? Also reset your router could fix it.
