Internet kicked me, I rejoined the game in time. I have never left a comp game. Then at the end I was suspended? I don’t get it. Plus where do you look to see if you are? I have nothing showing me on PS4 that I’m suspended.

You probably will get suspended from forums for asking about it.
Im on a 14day chat time out because other people were racist in a comp match.
