Results: Lowers his pickrate. While also specifically making him less effective against Tanks and Barriers.

Math: Flashbang+FanTheHammer+DodgeRoll+FanTheHammer does 625 damage in 1.7seconds, with a 0.8sec stun, where the enemy player can move for 0.9sec of the combo duration. Bastion, by comparison can only do 405 damage in 0.9sec.
