How to warm up when QP is terrible?

If life has taught me anything, it’s that having faith is one of the worst things you can do to yourself.

Or rather, Deathweaver :metal: But I respect the Reddit Lúcio as long as he gets stuff done and doesn’t just have 10 times the deaths of everyone else *wheeze*

QP really isn’t the warmup mode community think it is maybe back in OW1. But OW2 it’s a gambler’s dumpster fire. Way too many inconsistencies with this mode now. This game needs significant drop in teamwork and bring actual individual impact. Being at the Mercy of your team isn’t a Fred Flintstone grand o’ time.

Don’t be that way. It is just a game. I have been making some extremely dumb mistakes as Brigitte myself. It definitely feels bad, man. But I would frame it more as, “I need to improve this” and less “what is wrong with me? :disappointed:

I…
I honestly don’t have an answer for this one…
Heh heh

Arcade is my warmup. I love no limits

That’s hilarious but I get it
I mean I got the 20$ mic so I turn that on and EVERYONE LIGHTS INTO ME :smiling_face_with_tear:

My communication preferences don’t have anything to do with the physical equipment. It has to do with a phobia or whatever this cursed thing is that causes me to have a legitimate fight-or-flight response when someone utters a certain term. This thing has a negative effect on my entire life, basically

I stay away from socializing as much as possible so nobody has to worry about it, and so they can actually enjoy themselves and have fun

This. It’s a leisure activity. If you’re not having fun getting shook around by the randomness of the universe matchmaker, take a break. Find a more consistently rewarding thing to invest your time in while you build up that patience again (if you want to).

I get it being hard because I’m sure we’re all at least a little addicted to the game, and it feels like the right answer for some dopamine when it’s been such a good one in the past, but yeah. Take care of yourself.

May I make a good natured joke?
I won’t if you say no

I think my existence in this condition already has that covered, so I’ll pass, thanks

That is actually so nice of you. Most people would just do it anyways. :smiling_imp:

Thanks to past experience, I actually expect people to ridicule me whenever I bring it up. Hence why I now try to avoid socializing as much as possible (outside of relatively controlled environments, believe it or not this forum manages to count as one), to avoid the need to inform people about it altogether. I agree, the consideration was much appreciated :heart_hands:
