How can I decrease the amount of time, Wrecking Balls shield is active. Currently it’s 10 seconds, and I would like to make it last 3. This is so he is able to use it every 3 seconds, and doesn’t have to wait 10 seconds for the ability to end.
As far as I’m aware you can’t actually shorten an ability
BUT you can recreate it
