So what ya wanna do is when you see someone going for a kill charge the first heal get that out wait a little bit like right till your person is near death you gotta time it properly, pull out your thorns (throw out as much of the second heal you think you’ll need first) usually during the pull animation or if you can do it right jump in front of the person you just lifegripped thorns already out and finish the kill.
