I don’t know, all reaper ever did is join a evil organization, assassinate some people, and stole some stuff. I do not think he is anywhere near as evil as Mercy. She is just on a whole other level of depravity.

Mercy has murdered millions of people, played god, and left Genjis to die with their 199/200 health.

this is for those who wanna know who to actually play reaper, in a nutshell:
put crosshair on head and click
focus big heroes with lots of hp
press Q for damage when your not gonna die
use wraith to move around or escape
use teleport to flank or move long distances (just be careful tho)
