hello guys i have a solution what if widowmaker died of shame if she missed her shots? Like, she would go “Oh la la” or some other french thing like this and just die of cringe on the spot.
So what do you guys think? She would be really taking risks with her one-shot.
Honestly, would be kinda interesting if charging the scope dealt health damage to Widow, but getting kills had lifesteal.
The main things Widow needs is a charge rate decrease and reverting her scoped hitbox to season 8 size. The same treatment Hanzo got in exchange for keeping his one-shot.

It would make no difference at higher ranks where widow is significantly more oppressive. Because people don’t miss much in the first place at that point
I dunno about that, man. It sounds irritating to deal with for the Widow, plus it probably doesn’t actually make facing Widow any different for the enemy, plus it could lead to some weird degenerate behaviour such as feeding supports easy ult charge for healing a masochistic Widow.

I have no idea what people want from Widowmaker and I do not particularly care. The character means nothing to me anymore.

Give a hero balloon head, a scope charging forever, limited oneshot with a falloff for a sniper, an escape cooldown that fits 3 dva boosters cooldowns or 2 winston leaps or 3 ball’s grapples.
Oh, wait…
Ah, also, make the hero immovable while trying to get any value, force it to stay across the map to be able to exist. And yeah, make a game for that character that even killing 3 every fight doesn’t mean winning a fight, because you have 0 raw damage potential other than oneshotting what’s unaware.

Does gameplay fun or balance only matter for Widow suggestions? Where’s the balance or gameplay fun playing against her and getting one shot from across the map by a hitscan that most of the cast cannot interact with?
Again the suggestions don’t solve her issues and just makes her worse , making a hero worse is not a good suggestion.
It’s not a proper nerf or revert either like aimbox revert and falloff to 40 MTR.
Or a straight hp nerf.
