Is this reset happening to all heroes stats or just overall progression level?
What level you reached when it happened?
How to avoid it when no solution/conformation from devs?

The progression level reset is a known visual bug that will be fixed soon. It’s in the known issues on the bug page.
Your internal progress is still there and still being tracked and will be updated to reflext this at a later date when the visual bug is fixed
