Beam weapons. Zarya and Symmetra can all but W+M1 her to death since her one defensive ability doesn’t block beams (though it should at least reduce their damage IMO)
i havent played in years and dont recall it in original overwatch… also yes it is easy, now that i know about it
Dva is best countered by not playing split or alone

Bro you cant really counter tank in 5v5. Its not suposed to be killed first. If you farm damage on tanks the whole match then dont wonder why youre still Silver.

No it still melts tanks even after the buff sorry but bastion puming out 450 dps alone is crazy but now add zens other support tank and other dps damage not even ana moira can out heal that.
Beams like Zarya/Sym/Mei/Echo, I even like Roadhog because Hook interrupts DM, discord is good to melt her

any decent tank will switch to sigma or dva against a bastion , or any tank with invulnerablity , and if they are healed by a mercy and any other support , theyll have atleast a 100/s which makes the discord pointless

Do you not understand how stong a 25% damage boost on all heros againt the biggest threat in the game is thats insanely value and not even the highest hps can counter it

Dps with discord is 1335.6
Zen discord increase all incoming damage by 25%. mercy can only boost one teammate at a time unless she ults. So zen discord is better plus he can continue to heal while doing it

You can counter D.Va with literally any character, by shooting D.Va. You could pick a beam character like Zarya or Sym I guess, but honestly any DPS or Tank works just fine against D.Va.
Lol- I was spelling it out as gently as possible for the OP, since it’s clear D.Va is a bit of personsl skill issue for them. Just saying to pick Sym and bainlessly hold W+M1 toward all but the bronziest of D.Vas is going to result in them running back here crying for nerfs by blowing their tear-jerking awful anecdotal experience way out proportion.
I’m glad to see most people in this thread are in agreement over D.Va not being an issue or in need of nerfs. If anything, she could use some loving buffs to make her more useful outside of niche dive comps, especially given how uncooperative the rest of a team is willing to be to accommodate her by playing 3-4 D.Va-friendly mobility heroes to keep up with her.
I think D.Va could be in a really good spot if they just increased the recharge rate of her Defense Matrix. Something like going from 6 → 4 seconds for full recharge.
D.Va is really easy to kill with anyone. Though farming bad D.Va players as Symmetra is fun.
One obvious “counter” to D.Va that nobody has mentioned : Ramattra. Pummel goes through defense matrix. Easy kills right there.
here’s a good video about dva counters. the sombra part is ok i guess, i hack her once in a while since it gets rid of defense matrix, still it was better in ow1 when it was 4 seconds. only once in a great while do i hack her after ult so she cant get back in.
