How the Comp Hell

Can someone please explain to me how Blizzard thinks it is fair that a level 1800+ in a bronze comp match is fair? I know I have a lot to learn and plenty of room to improve but please explain to me how one goes about this when the comp brackets are riddled with second accounts, boosters, smurfs, throwers, and leavers. There is no feasible way possible to progress out of bronze unless you give your account to someone to smurf on.

So they only way to get out of bronze is to play with better than bronze ability?

Sounds about right to me

Even if I play with say silver ability, I still need to contend against gold and up competitors which would result in the same nonsense, like I said I have room for improvement but I should not need to play at a platinum level to advance from bronze into silver.

The main problem with that is, each rank plays differently. So when you make to the top of bronze, you’ve mastered bronze strats. But now you’re playing against silver strats while using bronze strats…

it just gets frustrating, like the other day I played all day long, busted my hump to finally make it over 1300 SR just to get stomped the remainder of the night and lose more than I had gained, i was back under 1080. My game play didn’t change I was still performing well as Soldier, getting gold kills, damage, obj. kills etc. yet loss after loss after loss to obvious second account trolls or “smurfs”. Many ask how you know it is a second account or smurf, they openly admit it because there are no ramifications for such actions.
