You won’t find me disagreeing with you there! I had a giant Reese’s egg for breakfast this morning with a cup of hazelnut coffee while doing laundry, and I think that sums up what it’s like to be an adult pretty well.

- I’m damned close to the perfect age to be one of the original gamers, I probably first played Pong when I was like 6, had an Intellivision at 10 or so, feeling bad for my neighbor with that crappy little Atari 2600.
Always loved videogames, still playing, likely to die with a controller in my hands

41 here, i was a rpg player when i was young, Overwatch is probably my first FPS. i begun on a Spectrum before i got a PC with an Intel 186.

it was a Commodore 64 with ‘Chopperlifter’ that introduced me to computer gaming, about the same time i started playing D&D …that was like 30yrs ago.

I’m 41 y.o. glad to see a few other “over the hill” gamers here!
I started with Atari 2600 console. I remember the days of quarter-op Arcade stands. Played most genre of games and on almost all the consoles that ever existed, and bounced between console and PC in the 90’s. Now I have both, but I mostly play PC and only console games that are console exclusive .

Boy, I used to play the Sega Megadrive. My first PC games where “The Last Dynasty” and “Dune”. I used MS DOS to start some games xD
