This has probably been said, but they should make a boss hero that can change between move-sets like the end boss in an old-school fighting game.
Full inclusion you say, well for a start that would require every nationality/ethnicity plus every multi nationality, that alone would take (at blizz’ current char release rate) till the end of time.
