New season is starting in about a month. I didn’t grind any tokens last season since the pink skins didn’t exist yet. How long do I have to leave twitch open for to get a skin? Also, is there any word out yet about more free skins like last year?
Assuming the streaming rewards are the same as last year, players earned a drop every time a map was completed in each match (the drops are not time based). This was typically a single token. Now some users won a 100 token drop (selected at random) which is enough tokens to redeem for a single Overwatch League skin in the game. On average a user who watched every match consistently would win one of these bonus 100 token drops every stage. I myself earned about 600 tokens by the time the league completed.
That being said, if you are looking to collect the entire collection of Hangzhou Spark skins for all 29 heroes, expect to spend some real money to do so.
