Das what I like to hear. However I would be willing to trade off healing reduction while flying, for a self-heal ability (shields) and for her crouch button to cause her to fall, like a superhero landing.

I think his current 20% IC is fine, and that he just needs less spread and HS added again, then 35% IC on tank rather than the 200 armor (he used to only get 150, and the 35% IC equates to the 150 armor).


I won’t dive into all the heros, but I’ll give a TL;DR: Dva, I like. Ana I like. The rest I’m indifferent on, but simply because theres nothing major that I’ve seen.

I don’t think most would. Breaking down a 2000hp shield takes a LOT of damage output from the team, and to give players only a one second window to actually hurt the enemy team before another shield is back up is too much. If the shield goes down, they can back up or re-position. POV from a Zarya main that invests a lot of dmg in to enemy reins and their shields, waiting for those 3 seconds to right click in and make them back up.

That’s insane. You’re telling me that Ana’s disposition of being easily countered and killed is how it should be, that any player who picks her should expect to be quickly and often dispatched without much say so about it as part of her regular and normal play.

I’m sorry if that’s your expected norm then it’s horrible design. No hero deserves that. Every hero should have the capacity when played ideally to play perpetually.

Add just two dive heroes into your team (don’t care who) and you’ve effectively countered Ana. If she lucks to sleep one she’s still easy prey to the other. Add one Winston (that’s all) and she’s hard countered. If he wants her gone she’s gone there is no counter play for her here. He has mobility, shields, hit points and no requirements for aim to dispatch her at leisure.

To pick Ana over any existing support IS to nerf your own team. Go to the Omnicmeta website and look at the numbers yourself. She’s worse than having a Hanzo on your team. It’s only because she supposedly heals that she’s tolerated.

I’m sorry no hero should play like that. Yes they should have counters; but NO they shouldn’t be countered even before the opposing team picks as part of their ā€œdesignā€.

The Ana you think that is isn’t. She died the day prior to dive coming online — by nerfs to herself, nerfs to the Tanks that would supposedly protect her, buffs to dive movements, increases to DPS lethality, the addition of more and stronger shields to block her, the addition of more heroes to directly counter her and the addition of better supports that can do everything she can do with more efficacy. She’s become a model-T with a front loaded crank shaft in an age of solid state vehicles and you propose to only adjust her mirrors and change out her tires as a means to fix her.

Make it 1.5 meters by 1.5, so it will be close to 50% in reduction (43.75%)

First off.
That’s wonderful formatting.
Second, I only read torb (so far), and honestly don’t think he needs that much.

I would just make it so:
Lvl 1 turret has 300hp
Turret drops at only 100 hp, fully completed, no activation time.
Once turret reaches 300hp it becomes a lvl 2.

This will speed up general build time, and reduce the ā€œcan’t upgrade due to chip dmgā€ nonsense.

There’s a lot of good stuff here. I think some characters are getting a little too much though.

I think you may have given Reaper too many buffs for example but I could see any one or two of those changes being made.

I think allowing Mei to disable movement abilities is interesting. So is the piercing enemies thing but together that would be really harsh. If she does get both of those buffs, in addition to the blizzard change she would also newd louder footsteps so you could at least hear her coming when in the middle of a battle.

Also Torb being able to repair 100 per swing would make it extremely difficult to bust his turrets. How about 75 instead. No objection to the fewer swings to get a level 2 though. He needs that.

I’m all for giving Mei a little bit of help; being able to freeze multiple targets is something that I’ve wanted for a long time.

However Mei is very balanced, she’s just woefully underrated because many people do not know how to play her, and thus she is very ineffective most of the time. Her apparent inability to freeze mobile targets mostly comes people’s lack of game-sense and inability to keep track of enemy cooldowns and ultimates.

Your suggested changes for denying movement abilities would make her in Jeff Kaplan’s words ā€œOPAFā€.

Swiftstrike only resets cooldown if the final hit was the swiftstrike itself.

Reflect doesnt work on anything that a barrier wouldn’t work.

Scatter now have a fixed damage value and an enemy only takes this damage once, no matter how many instances of the attack hit them.

These seem fair in all respects
