How does everyone like Ashe?

Bob should be placeable with your ult binding.

Aim to move, using the ult binding to relocate him.

Bob also needs his own keybind controls.

  • Make bob Follow,
  • Strafe Bob Left,
  • Strafe Bob Right,
  • Move Bob Forward,
  • Move Bob Backward,
  • Turn Bob Left,
  • Turn Bob Right.

In addition, the following keybindings also should exist:

  • Strafe Bob AND Ashe Left at the same time,
  • Strafe Bob AND Ashe Right…,
  • Move Bob/Ashe Forward…,
  • Move Bob/Ashe Backward…

This gives you full dual-character control (confirmed as a no/follow 2boxer).

This would make Bob an amazing feat in the hands of skilled players.

You could relocate him, move him, charge with him, and have him basically backing you if you want while you run around with him on follow.

Bob could be so much better.

I want to see him get some repairs so he can tear McRee’s other arm off.

She’s significantly less annoying that many of the other heros I run into.

I wouldn’t recommend her design for other games but, she’s far more fun to fight than Doomfist.

That would make Ashe as a hero overpowered, sorry to say.

I think Ashe will likely be my third main.

It’s not just you; her gun really is that awkward to use.

As a Widow main, I can say that something is definitely off with her scoped aim.

She just feels kind of buggy. Her hit-reg weird and strange.

But overall, I like her thus far. We’ll see in future.

It would just make her a lot more complicated and fun.

The learning curve would be worth it alone for the mastery, I can assure you.

Her scope is 1x unlike Ana and Widow which are 2x (someone on the forums said that, haven’t had any validation but so far it’s the only answer I’ve found).

She’s like first scope AWP.

She seems pretty balanced imo. I think the only change I’d make would be to her dynamite. Make the initial blast do more damage but reduce the damage of the burn. 100 burn (120 to armour) seems a bit strong especially as it can be placed on multiple targets without much effort.

edit: As for her aim, it’s been noted that there are issues and a fix is likely in an upcoming patch…can’t post links but you know what to do

I honestly thought this was just me being bad at Ashe. Her scoped accuracy for me falls around 40% when I can generally get as high as 70% with Ana and 40-60 with widow (though most are body shots, I need to get out of the Ana mentality with Widow)

She’s really fun to play, and feels pretty balanced, but I’m not sure she’ll be all that good in comp.
It’s all good in QP with no tanks and having free reign to headshot everyone, but comp is going to have shields and D.Vas, and I don’t think Ashe is going to be all that effective.

Welp, i was a tank main like 90% of my time in this game, i usually shy away from playing any hard DPS to not be that one guy lets everyone down and i usually really bad at semi auto weapons…
Yet she is the first DPS i actually really interested playing as, she feels fun and her abilities helps the team a lot while her shooting is more likeble and forgiving than Widow or Mccree.
And having this girl along side as Orisa main is just hands down feels like a personal gift, having someone who sticks with you the whole time and don’t wonder off is good by itself but her dynimate going so well with the halt it’s a crime not to abuse it to set 4-5people on fire, while her shotgun will always keeps those pesky flankers away from you.

And yeah the Bob.
Bob is love, Bob is your wing man when you need a second tank but no one picks it, Bob is a savior when you need to contest with overtime, Bob is an answer when Pharah or Widow feels too comfy, always willing to help this boi cuz he gets the job done.

10\10 hero, wish more of the new ones would be like her. :3

I think Ash is totally balanced.
Once people start to figure out all the ways to counter Bob her ultimate might seem a bit lackster.

About the dynamite I think it’s fine buy yes switching the damage of how it is now is a good idea.
Right now Dynamite does 75 damage for the blast and 100 burn damage.
I would rather have the blast do 100 damage and the burn damage to be 75.

I think she’s fine.

I just feel like aiming down sights has a weird hit-reg. I swear my reticle is on a target and doesn’t hit, and often times am finding that when it’s not - it’s hitting.

I don’t understand lol.

I’ve adjusted her scoped sens to match Widow’s and Ana’s, and her aim still feels off. Often, there are shots I fire which should hit, at least according to the captured footage.

My accuracy with Widow usually ends up being fairly respectable in a match, with a reasonable, if unimpressive, crit rate. My accuracy with Ana is not as high as yours, though it is certainly higher than my Widow accuracy. I need to get out of the Widow mentality with Ana lol.

I think there might be a delay between the ‘fire’ command and its execution. It baffles me otherwise that I’d be less accurate with Ashe than I am with Widow and McCree, considering how much I used to ADS in Battlefield and Call of Duty.

My accuracy with Ashe is very mercurial. Some games, I’ll pop off and wipe half of the team by myself; other games, I’ll struggle to hit anything smaller than a tank. It reminds me of when I was first learning Widow, though Widow’s aim always felt smoother than this.

Currently, if you play Ashe on PC and have higher than 60 fps, the aim down site (ADS) animation can look choppy or “stepped”. There is no lag going on. The ADS still happens at the correct speed. But the animation looks can feel a bit off.

In an upcoming patch, the ADS is smoothed out regardless of how high your fps is and should feel much better.

Unfortunately, right now, the patch that it is fixed in is 1.32 (1.31 is on the PTR right now). We’re looking into pulling the fix forward but it’s unlikely. It’s a lot of code and needs a fair amount of testing so we don’t want to rush it and risk breaking something else.

Apologies for the issue.

You could say the exact same thing about McCree’s ult and NOBODY is complaining about that.
