How does conflict make us stronger?

It has nothing to do with survivors and people, and everything to do with companies and corporations getting funding, laws getting rewritten and foggier, and cities getting rebuilt.
Human life is the cost for fast scientific and societal progress. that’s the issue with wars and the reason we have wars on the planet.
Nobody really goes to war to help humans or save humans. that’s just false marketing for soldiers and common peoples support.
I don’t even wanna go into medical advances and what the cost of that was…

It actually the opposite - Japan was propelled forward for example. Germany as well, cuz when you level down an entire city - now you have free space to rebuild, and rich companies and corps get opportunities to take that space and innovate + an entire impoverished society that has no choice but to work hard for you in order to survive.
The issue with nuclear weapons is that there is a line which if it gets crossed - could destroy the planet.

Wars are a very financially productive times (to a certain powerful minority)

So yeah - wars absolutely propel society forward (in the materialistic, practical, scientific sense) but at the cost of human life.

That’s always the irony when it comes to wars.
