How do you learn new hero with such wait times?

I mean, it seems like it’d be easier to learn DPS in a 2-2-2 environment, given it reflects how the competitive aspect of the game is going to be played, regardless of queue times. Old QPC may have let you learn mechanics, but not how to actually play the character in a team environment.

Ty for ideas but again i doubt improving my autoCAD skills is gonna make a less worse genji.

Btw now its 7min and much more tolerable.

But its only cz everyone is doing 5+5 tank heal games which they will never do more for next month

Quick play classic is your best bet. That’s what I do.

  1. Is it actually possible to improve in a mem… i mean non serious gamemode?

  2. how do you know youve improved in a no SR gamemode, lets say from 3000 to 4000sr ?

  3. Can you climb in reality ? my point was that with these absurd wait times it may even by physically impossible to climb, yet alone enjoy this hobby.

Well sadly they have no solutions. I think there should be a non ranked ranked mode that lets you see how you’re improving.

This, when I have chores I want to do but want to play at the same time I’ll que for dps and in between games I’ll clean up a little bit.

If I want to play consistently then I’ll que as support. The wait times do suck, but there are always other things to do while you wait.

The selfish tanks you mention probably just main dps like yourself. As a tank main, I always pick orisa or rein if the other guy wouldn’t
