If it is a good Hanzo, I tend not to hack from stealth as it gives him time to react and prepare. Other than that, I agree that you should typically wait until he is engaged with someone if at all possible.

True, but some heroes are more equipped at getting kills. Sombra doesn’t, so she’s by far the worst to even attempt.
It is quite easy to 1v1 Hanso, just bait out his spam attack and he is easy picking!
Even hanzos shouldn’t fight hanzos.
You will have more value killing others than getting in a ego duel with him.
Always solo EMP him and then tickle his bum with your humgun. You can also attempt to attack or chip him from high ground/above him.
Past that, if these Hanzos are 1-shotting you above diamond, it’s just not the matchup for you. He counters Sombra and as people have mentioned, he’s been busted-strong forever. He needs reverse falloff, but we’ll see if that ever happens.

your problem is self made. hanzo counters sombra, so if you dont switch you will have a harder time. that said you CAN still beat him but it requires you to be much better than the hanzo player.
best i can advise is to keep eyes on his sonic arrow, and avoid its detection.
DONT hack hanzo, just straight up shoot him in the head from behind. if your aim is good enough, hes dead before he can react. but its always an uphill battle.
Its a 50/50 fight. The best thing you can do is wait for him to be all alone, DO NOT hack him. Come out of invis and put your smg right on his head and try to melt him before he turns around. If he does turn around he should be wounded so all you gotta do is strafe a bit and land your shots. Hacking a hanzo is pointless, sure you will do more damage but the second he knows where you are then you lost the element of surprise which means he now has time to aim a shot at you.
