You get used to moving your arm. I have a dpi of 400 and a sens of 4 so I HAVE to aim with my arm. You’ll eventually get used to it.

No. I work IT support. Been at a keyboard mouse for 20+ years. Just what’s comfortable for me when gaming any FPS.
Didn’t copy paste. Maybe I didn’t understand your question well.
I use fingertip grip. My palm may as well be glued to the table because my entire range of motion is about two inches. Moving my mouse by its width from left to right is enough for me to do a 360 spin. Total vertical movement is less than an inch but that’s enough to look straight up and down.
If need be, i just need to shift my palm a bit to do another 360 turn so that trick tracer and genji uses to jump over or run around me hoping i run out of mouse space does not work.
