The queue times are a result of many people not being able to do anything but play DPS, the only thing that needs fixing is the mentality of the people who think DPS is more important than tanks or heals and should make up the largest percentage of a team instead of being equal. The fact is that the game works best in 2-2-2, you will consistently have the most good games with this setup. If you queue as DPS you will have long queue times, this is true for EVERY game with multiple roles like MMOs as well. If you queue as a DPS in FF14 expect to wait at least 30 minutes, tank is insta queue, healer is a few minutes
