All the other healers just don’t require aim for healing, so just don’t use Ana.
I’m a PC Ana main, but most things should carry over
- You really just need to work on aim. You’re slow as well as inaccurate, so it looks like messing with sensitivity could help. Console players here have already given you some leads on that.
Practice range can help you find a good sense, grinding DM helps hit real people. - Offensive nade usage can win you a fight. Try to find them. You kept using them for healing here, but it’s only 2 minutes of your worst gameplay so I can’t really judge
- Nano combos. Sometimes you can get away with being an ult bot
Use these settings.
Wow I just learned what the difference between dual-zone and exponetial ramp are. Thank you kind sir.
Hi, I main Ana as my Support of choice on Xbox!
Your first step at getting good with Ana should be to increase your sensitivity, by a lot.
I imagine I’m in the minority being those that have their sens at max, but try to get it as high as you can be comfortable with, over time you’ll be able to increase it more and more. This will help you target allies and enemies more quickly.
Don’t tell me to swap off Widow,

Swap off Widow
I admit sometimes I take the fact I play on PC for granted.
HUGE oof.
I know this isnt the most helpful but literally just git gud, either get much better at getting hyper clutch nades and darts (the big thing you should focus on anyway) or get better at aiming in general, find your right sensitivity for ana scoped and unscoped as well as the aim assist, or just stick your rifle up the nearest tanks butt and let your other healer handle the squishies
Its very much possible Ana has been a popular pick on consoles many times, even at the highest levels, for a while she was toe to toe with Mercy in pickrate on xbox before mercy’s hps nerf put ana above her
