Hi mates,
i encountered a Person who was once banned from Twitch and now making his toxic apperances on Youtube.
He encourages his community to go to other Streamers and Snipe them, throw games, talk trash and troll. He is also making Videos about it and even paying 40€ for people to clip behaiver of the streamers they are trolling.
He also trolls in Overwatch and pretends he is an indian buisinessman while trolling his teammates on voicechat. what i find is really racist. because he is making that man sound like an idiot
He ist not that big, but he terrorieses other overwatch communityis with his behaiver.
I dont know what to do with such a guy? Anybody an suggestion? Is there a Blizzard contact i can report this too. This is growing everyday stronger. and he is bullying a new streamer who puts a lot of effort in his channel.
need advice.

You might try emailing Blizz support with a link to the guy’s YouTube channel, maybe include links to specific videos set to start playing at whatever timestamp he offers to pay people to troll others.
no. i mean another one. and he is really really doing it on purpose to harras others activly.
There’re people who stream throwing and trolling lol
You can just ban them without the correct amount of reports.
All the people I watch throw without gaining attention. They break the team from inside
What’s his youtube channel? Its public so no worries i guess x)
unfortunatly he is not that big now, but has enough impact to ruin the experience for others. if he would not enforce such behaiver on purpose, i would not make such a fuss about it.
in my opinion there are boundrys wich should not be crossed. and paying others with real money to bully others. thats when i guess it ist time to say somthing about it.
Send a report through Blizz services or their GM, give screenshots, links, even clips or recording if possible.
Eitherways, its beyond Blizz to do anything aside from banning throwers, and us reporting throwers(Legit ones.) for it.
i found a formula for tickets that are not relatet to any other problems. the problem now went so far that the guy and his community are organizing die throw another streamer completly off twitch.
Thank you guys for the advice.
Has it seriously not occurred to you to report him to Youtube?!
It was talked about on reddit, but Blizzard hired a group of like HR/PR people (or maybe an outside HR/PR firm?) for stream affairs/community management. I think it’s mostly to manage all the OWL streams HR/PR and make sure the OWL players that stream don’t create PR nightmares, but they had banned people a few times who would purposely try to queue at the same time as the streamer to get on their team then purposely threw games and in one case was incredibly racist while being on stream.
The reporting and punishment system is automated, but i’m pretty sure if Blizz has video evidence and is bothered enough to care about said case they’ll just circumvent the report system and directly take action
