Horrible fps with good pc, help!

so i am having an issue with overwatch that i have never encountered before. my pc specs
GTX 970
i7-6700k
16GB ram
but for some reason, my game is constantly experiencing super low fps. Before, when the game worked, i’d get around 180-200fps, but now I get about 10-30 fps. the weird thing is that when I die and I see the kill cam, my FPS jumps right back up to what it normally would be (180-200fps). I have tried uninstalling but nothing worked. May I state, this all started happening after i just recently factory reset my pc.

they screw up with the CC patch, consoles specially, im on a Gtx 960 and play in ULTRA LOW and im getting constant and painfully drops on the fps

Low FPS with Razer Chroma Software Installed We have seen reports of dramatically lower than expected FPS with Razer Synapse/Chroma installed. Typically players will see their FPS stuck between 15-30 FPS while experiencing this issue. If you have your Chroma device, enable Chroma effects for Overwatch, or uninstall the Razer Synapse/Chroma software and reinstall the newest version of Synapse 3. If you no longer have your Razer device, follow the steps for the Razer blackscreen issue.
