So far everyone of the people who were wrongly banned got the same email saying …we reviewed you are guilty…so unless one crappy employee is sitting there and intercepting all these tickets, yes I would assume they are failing as a group.
I never call Amazon can get the terrible CS rep, because Amazon understands Customer Service is about Customers.
