That doesn’t tell me a damn thing about if you actually care for high skill being better once you put in the work, or just trying to use it as a way to hide your biases.

But, how you treat Ana right now does.

That is WHY people want high skill heroes to be better at MAX rank. So they are actually viable in their rank
