another problem that role queue would fix.
I think around 20% of my games would be better with a role queue. that includes even queueing as dps, although I wouldn’t queue for just dps cause that would take forever. I’d rather play 1 in 5 games as dps and have quicker queues. But all mercy mains, all dps players, and no main tank seem like common problems. from what I can tell main tank seems to be the most unpopular role, followed by main heal and off heal
Your mediocrity at a number of heroes is what holds your team back.
If you just specialized in 1 or 2, some of those matches you lost, you would have won. Instead since each hero plays differently you haven’t masted the techniques to move you from good to great.
Lol, so its the random other players (who will always be there since you refuse to 6 stack because you don’t really want to win) that are holding you back.
You know exactly how the system works and yet you then in the same sentence claim it is others making you lose SR.
There is nothing different about a given mercy main on average than any other main at your rank. Perhaps you got boosted and are now trying to find someone else to blame for your lost SR?
And yet you still refuse to pick your own team when you go into your competitive matches…

- A one trick on a hero will be much better than someone who’s picking them to fill, or even the enemy equivalent.

Honestly I see more Moiras than Mercy’s
Which suck because I’m trying to Zen more, but god knows I won’t get any peel from a Moira.
My next go to would be Ana, but then they STILL lock Moira and I have to swap off so we have a defensive ult .m.
Moira players are worse than Mercys.

Yet Mercy’s arguably the most flexible main healer as she doesn’t rely on her teammates grouping up nearly as much.

Mercy really isn’t much of a hero that needs a specific comp to work. Most she may need is just a good second healer.
Depends on the player who plays the mercy, Some are bad yeah, and some are good. I personally play her because I can rez a dead, and VERY needed hero back to life (which the enemy team all this season has practically let me do 2 feet from them in front of their face should I be gutsy enough to do so) and her absolute mobility to fly to people to get in and out of fights quickly. If managed right shes an absolute boon for all teams (again if managed right). The main healer I’ve come across thats been hurting the team and is an always pick this season has been lucio.
Whenever I get a team that has a lucio, we usually lose. Do I say people need to not be lucio? No, because thats not all on them, lucios really good if the team keeps grouped but usually they dont so his healing isnt too helpful. In these situations its on the team as a whole to work together. If they cant flex dont go saying people should play less of a hero, just grit your teeth and try your best, I’ve seen and been in games where the teams been 1 second from losing, only to make a comeback and win the games by letting people play what they are comfortable on.
well if i’m playing Mercy with gold healing, perhaps our Ana should switch to an off healer?
well, if you count all players, plat is top 30%, maybe not high rank, but above average, while diamond is already top 9%, so yeah, diamond is high rank.
Ana having lower healing than mercy is normal, as long as ana helping the team like hitting sleepdart, anti nade enemies and do burst healing to save low health teammates or even helping dps to kill enemies, Ana dont have to be played like a main healer, if mercy also in the team, since bio nade can boost mercy’s healing output.

And if they got there playing Mercy… I mean they obviously play well enough to be at that level.
I had never any big problems to maintain a Master rank by playing the current Mercy 24/7.
Ohhh and it’s not like i couldn’t play other heroes…
It’s just that Mercy is the only heroine I can still have fun with in this game.
