High Ping on Europe (WinMTR Results Included)

Hello,

I decided to investigate the reason of the high ping I get from my location. As I was used to play OW with 50ms highest on Europe and now I’m getting 80ms at least. I did WinMTR test;

I address that there’s a huge ms gap between 10.36.6.38 and 137.221.82.33.

Is this a network that you can control and optimize?

Appreciated for your help,

Hey there Kuru,

I ran a report on your ISP, and the connection in the winMTR test actually matches up with everyone else using this same ISP. The most likely cause of the issue is that they changed the way the signal is being routed to our servers.

Since the results are congruent with other users on the same ISP, I would not recommend any troubleshooting (unless you wanted to use a VPN to change your routing, unsupported by us but fine to do).

For most routing issues we must refer folks to the ISP since the ISP is ultimately who controls how their users connect to where.

I hope this info helps!

Is it similar to this?
