High Ping Occurring in the Evenings

I’ve been struggling to pinpoint where my high latency issues are coming from any time after 7PM AST. In the mornings/early afternoon I average around a 90ms Latency. After this point it spikes up randomly and appears to be around 140+ which makes the game nearly unplayable if I’m not Reinhardt swinging an axe. Attaching my WinMTR after submitting this. I’ve attempted:

-Flushing IP
-Reinstalling my network drivers
-Tried different wired and wireless connections

Thanks.

Couldn’t reply… Here’s the WinMTR

The lag is occurring right outside your home and neighborhood hub and continuing throughout Eastlink’s network. I recommend calling them up about this as there is nothing you can personally do to correct the issue.

I appreciate the reply… It’s what I thought then. I did email my Internet Provider but they came back with the classic, “We do not troubleshoot gaming systems.” I wouldn’t even know what to tell them other than the service is causing communication slowdowns over their network?

My personal approach is to tell them I’m having trouble streaming YouTube, which should be no problem for a highspeed connection. They usually act on that, but your mileage may vary.

Did you ever get a fix from Eastlink? I’ve been having issues, the most annoying is I get a Rendering Device fail on any of the three computers I have tried playing on at my house. Poor internet outside the game, but really bad for game play as well. I can’t figure out the rendering device issue.
