Many people have to suffer because of a missing kidney. Some might have donated it, others might have removed it due to some illness, and many more other reasons for someone to have a missing kidney.
Due to the way modern media represents everyone with perfect double-kidney bodies, most feel ugly and not complete.
It’s time for a video game to show that nobody has to be ashamed for their kidney problems.

A regular human being with a missing kidney can’t identify themselves with a cyborg. We need a brand new exclusive character for such people. Or it can be already made character that will show us how they’re lost their kidney some day. You can always rewrite existing lore to suit everyone’s needs
