They buffed Reaper and Mei, because they were underperforming, and may HELP in an upcoming tank heavy meta.
They didn’t buff them because of Goats, they buffed them because they were underperforming. That they would help vs a tank heavy meta was a side effect.
It however WAS a good call by them that a tank heavy meta was coming.

They nerfed Sombra while she the lowest win rate hero in all ranks. So why not buff Hanzo?
I’ve given up trying to predict the dev team, they are more “random” than I expected they would be.
They COULD be looking at his win rate, in which case, buffs…
Other heroes have better win rates, and in this case mirroring would just raise the win rate, so he is likely to be under performing more than it looks.
They could EASILY end up buffing him, which would be funny as all hell.
The screams would never end.
I’m predicting that they’ll nerf him but give him compensation buffs that make him stronger than before.

Mei - is a DPS, but not a super loved one. Maybe an extremely light nerf, like an extra 1 sec cd on something.
Orisa - Tank. 100% it will be nerfed.
Hanzo - popular DPS. Don’t even dream about it.
Reaper - DPS. Nope.
Doomfist - It’s a DPS. No way.
Baptiste - Support. 100% guaranteed nerf.

You already caused Moira to become useless because ‘muh skill’ and now she’s been replaced with the highest skill ceiling support hero in the meta, which also caused the other meta support hero to change to a similarly high skill hero, but they’re still the problem, despite the meta still largely revolving around the same heroes in the other categories (apart from sigma who got nerfed while rein got massive buffs forcing him into our faces as a must-pick, yet again)
Baptiste will be torn down for no reason, just like Moira.

Pharah isn’t in a bad place. She’s always been really strong. But, players have gotten consistent enough with hitscan that she gets killed relatively easily. The heroes the OP listed are probably right on the money with the heroes that will be nerfed. I’d add Mei to that list, though. There’s been word of her getting changes several months ago when 2/2/2 was announced. So, what OP listed+Mei is where my money would be. The question will be what the nerfs will have in them. Hanzo’s will be storm arrow nerf, no doubt about it. Reapers will prob be healing nerf or revert back to his old system. Bapt will be a damage nerf. Orisa will prob get dmg and fort nerfs. But, doomfist? No clue what they change with him. It’s his design that is the prob.
Don’t forget the obligatory Sombra or Symmetra nerf … not that they accidentally become playable.
Yeah right. I WISH she was, as she needs heavy nerfs or a rework (remove pierce or freeze on primary for starters), but we’ve pretty much had it confirmed she’s not getting nerfed on these very forums. Been promised Mei won’t be getting nerfs cause “she’s fine”, but mobility DPS will get buffs to “have a chance against her”. So, you know, expect something like Pharah or Junkrat to get overbuffed, ending with tanks getting more counters.
Also, why do people want Orisa nerfs? What now? The shield still too strong? Or is it that she can become immune to fists?
Well, then you are just wrong. Mei needs heavy nerfs, Reaper needs his self-heal toned down and DF being DF. Bap’s got nothing on them.
That’s a start, but her cryo freeze and Snowball during ult should have healthbars, cause right now she gets too many tools for free.

Nerfing Baptiste in any drastic fashion would be the last straw for many support players who enjoy challenging themselves. We are tired of being told Ana is the only support we are allowed to play, and worthy of being considered ‘skillful’ and ‘respected’ when playing.
May I guess his healing or immortaility is a problem?
Becasue I have nothing against healer having good, aim-dependant damage. Even if it’s on dps level, who said supps can’t have damage. They are only different from dps, cause they have to prioritize healing over dmg. They should have equal dmg.
