Hero getting stuck and the game kicks me out

Today I experiencied twice this bug (question mark) my hero just stop moving, i can see the enemies and allies playing normaly my connection didnt show any problem, but when i try to get back to the game, it will not allow me, the first game i did rejoin, but it count as a loss even when we did win because of the same bug happening with the enemy, the second i tried but a message would appear “Server connection failed”, thanks for the competitive suspension blizzard

if your hero isn’t moving, that would be a sign that your connection is indeed showing problems.

No, i can use abilities but the hero cant get out of the place, i know what ping or dc looks like.

Also the team chat would appear even when i was in the menus, and the first game i rejoin after almost 8 minutes trying, what in case of DC i would start a new queue.

Remember if you see the message, “Lost Connection to the Server” in the title screen or the message “Failed to Connect to Server” in yellow text in the text chat box, this means there is something that disrupted your connection to the game server and not a problem with the game server itself. There can be a variety of reasons this happens including those that don’t disconnect your computer from the Internet. There is great troubleshooting to start with that can most likely resolve most issues and I encourage you to check them out here:
