Personally, I hope there is no merit to the hero ban rumors going around because that would be a horrible addition to the game.
I was for 2-2-2, and looking back I cannot believe we played the game so long without it, but I am not in support of a hero ban system for comp, QP, or OWL.
Am I in the minority? Do most of the players want this change?

Hero rotation would be cool. Imagine having a payload game without Hammond spam stalling every damn 15 seconds.

Sure, but consider how many rumors have happened.
I also quoted Jeff saying it won’t happen for now at least, so this rumor is not going to happen in the near future

Not having Hanzo automatically kill me because I joined the match is super appealing.
Hero bans are against the competitive spirit entirely.
it is manipulating what character can or cannot be played against you, and arguably to rise if you are not capable enough to play against x character at y level, you do not deserve to rise higher until you figure out how you can.
