Help getting Overwatch to run at 120 frames

Hey!
I was hoping to see if anyone had advice on how to get Overwatch to run at 120 frames on a GTX 1660 Super and an AMD Ryzen 5 3600. I tried lowering my graphics settings, but oddly enough it lowered my framerate from 85 to 74. If any one has any help for this, that would be great!

Make sure your resolution scale wasn’t set to over 100% when you selected “Low” settings.

Also make sure you have Vsync off. If you experience screen tearing, turn on Gsync for a high refresh rate monitor.
