I have linked my account, and I have received notifications in Twitch for earning the drops. However, I have not earned any of the rewards in-game.
I earned them last night, so I thought I would have it fairly soon. And with the update today I really thought it would come through but it didn’t.
I have the same problem, I’ve received 3 sprays from Twitch, everything is connected and yet nothing on my PS4 Overwatch game 
I had the original ribbon icon as soon as I logged in after the Pink Mercy update, though.
I hope somebody can help!
twitch shows I can 3 sprays earned, they should be in my game next log in. That was 5 days ago.
I’ve watched around 12 hours of streams. Still no tier 4, still nothing in game tiers 1-4.
Todays the last day, Ive met all the requirements. I purchased the skin day 1.
I’m having the same issue I have watched at least 8-9 hours but didn’t get a notification on twitch or anything on my ps4 I should have received tiers 1-4 but I didn’t and it’s pretty annoying can someone please help to fix this issues soon.
