Has anyone else had audio issues?

I’ve been experiencing a bunch of audio problems for example the hit marker sounds sometimes won’t play when I hit people and even stuff like player voice lines and even foot steps.

has anyone else been having this issue or even know how to fix it?

There was supposed to be a fix with patch 1.45, but there’s nothing about it in the patch noted, and I’ve still been having issues with not hearing footsteps.

The occlusion patch was supposed to be out in 1.45. I have a feeling they had to push this back.

Just wish they would tell us that if that’s the case.
