Hanzo should not be able to headshot

Hanzo needs a big nerf

Whenever i play any character in the game against a hanzo he can simply one-hit kill you with a full charged headshot. Add that to the Lunge ability and the storm arrow, he is lituraly unbeatable for any character in the game. When i charge in with reinhardt i die in under a second. When i play roadhog he kills so me so fast it leaves me wondering if the character im playing is a tank or not.
