No you can’t, and its hurting the uptake of Ashe and other characters because he’s too effective across all but very long ranges, that’s still Widows forte.
Only in fantasy movies are archers very good up close… its an ufortunate meme that is allowing devs to make Hanzo this way. I wouldn’t have a problem with it if he actually had a short delay on reload… just charging the bow is not enough.
