So with grappling Hammond can generate full momentum for about 25m at point of release.
This is also true when you swing upwards into the air.
Now,
when you swing and fly through the air in a downward angle your momentum
still cuts off 25m at point of release when the momentum should continue till you touch
the ground and continue for the said 25m as no acting forces are preventing Hammond from losing momentum.
