Same problem here, and none of the things that appear in old posts like here (General Error 0xE0010160 [SOLVED] - #4 by FlufyFox-1152) solve the problem for me.
Windows 10, Nvidia GTX 1060 @240Hz. Tried different NVidia drivers. Even the fresh ones didn’t solve the problem, and never happened to me until the Halloween update.
