Had an idea for a game mode...no idea how to make it. Help?

So Flashpoint is not the most fun, but I had an idea to maybe make those maps really cool. I was reminiscing about Arathi Basin back in WoW and was like hmm maybe that would be fun in OW for flashpoint maps. Like a 6v6 point cap deathmatch deal.

So basically all points open to cap within 10secs of the match starting. The goal would be to hit 3500k points. Every tick of the controlled point (maybe every minute) would give you 100pts per cap controlled. (5 points per minute = 500pts, 3 = 300pts etc.) Capturing a point would also unlock the spawn room in that location, where players would spawn by nearest controlled point. If no points are controlled you spawn at your default spawn location from the beginning of the match.

Would also like to add points per takedown and negatives to subtract from deaths. Probably start with 20pts per takedown, and -10 per death.

Seems like this would be really fun way to make those maps unique and fun. Could lead to fast pace and more strategic type of deathmatch. Do you roam around in 2 groups of 3? Seperate with 2, 2, 2? Potentially offers strategic play with a lot of opportunity for 1v1’s. Think it’s a good idea to keep it open queue with a max of 2 players per role tank.

Okay off of the top of my head you would need a couple of things for this

First you need to add your own scoring system; if you could use team deathmatch it would be easier but i don’t think you can use flashpoint maps. basically you need two variables one for team 1 and one for team 2; when either of those hit the 3500K point threshold; you declare that that team wins

Secondly you will need to make the points yourself; as overwatch won’t allow you to have multiple objectives active; i would add a couple of variables for this; one for the point position; one for the team controlling the point. you will also need variables for each point for the capture percentage

Thirdly you will need to make the spawn points yourself; basically just have a list of spawn points for each point;

Use the Skirmish mode, add your own scoring system, world UI (the objectives), and timer mechanics.
