Unlikely, game dev is very well known for having an extremely “narrow pyramid” structure. In bigger studios (I mean Assassin’s Creed tier, 4000 people), you have less than 2% of the people that are actual free creatives. These <2% lead the game dev and set the style/commands, and the 98% of little hands provide.
It’s extremely contractor-prone too. Do your job as requested or get booted within the hour.
